01 — Routes

Four weekend routes, one overnight each, leaving from Kyiv and Lviv

Each route is a two-day countryside escape with an organized overnight stay, a named local host and transport from the departure hub. A shared departure runs once the minimum group of four is reached, and every inclusion, exclusion and price is listed on the route card before you reserve.

    Bukovyna and the Carpathians

    Kyiv 07:00 departure, Yaremche by 14:30. Cheese-making at a working farm, then a forest walk to a wooden church.

  2. 02

    Poltava and the Dnipro hills

    Kyiv 08:00 departure, Poltava by 13:00. A village pottery workshop and an evening of cooking in a family kitchen.

  3. 03

    Podillia and Kamianets-Podilskyi

    Lviv 07:30 departure, arrival 13:00. A canyon walk, then a cellar dinner with a winemaker outside the old town.

  4. 04

    Chernihiv and the Desna

    Kyiv 09:00 departure, arrival 11:30. A riverside meadow ride and an evening of folk singing in a village hall.

Routes 01, 02 and 04 leave from Kyiv; route 03 leaves from Lviv. Return is on Sunday, between 18:00 and 21:00, at the same hub.

02 · Routes

Four weekend routes, each two days and one night.

Every shared departure carries a maximum of ten travellers and sets off once four seats are booked. Meeting time, train departure, arrival at the overnight stay and the Sunday return are printed on each card.

Prices above cover everything listed on the card. Transport to the meeting point, personal spending and travel insurance are not included. See the comparison of an organised escape against DIY planning.

04 — Price ledger

What the price covers, and what it does not

Each shared departure is quoted as one figure per traveller. Before any payment step you see the inclusions, the exclusions and the exact sum, so nothing appears on the bill later. The same figure applies to all four weekend routes above.

Included in the price

  • Return transport from Kyiv in an eight-seat minibus, leaving Saturday at 07:00
  • One night in a family guesthouse: twin or double room with a private bathroom
  • Dinner on Saturday at the host's table and breakfast on Sunday morning
  • A named local host for the day, with village name and seasons worked on the route card
  • All entry fees, tastings and workshop materials listed in the route itinerary
  • Route planning, table reservations, parking and the driver's overnight costs

Not included

  • Lunches on both days and any drinks ordered separately
  • Optional activities outside the itinerary, such as horse riding, sauna hire or extra tastings
  • Travel insurance and personal spending
  • Transport from your home to the Kyiv meeting point
  • Single room supplement, quoted on request when rooms allow

Group size is a commitment, not a suggestion. A maximum of ten travellers per shared departure, and a shared departure runs once the minimum group of four is reached.

If the minimum is not met you are told at least seven days before departure and the deposit is returned in full. The deposit is also refunded in full more than 14 days before departure; later cancellations retain it.

01 · Ledger

An organized escape set beside planning it yourself

Same two days, two ways of spending them. Figures cover one traveller in a shared double room on a May or June departure.

Planning time About 15 minutes: pick a date, confirm the group. 6 to 10 hours of searching and calls over a week.
Group size Maximum 10 per departure, minimum 4 to run. Just you and whoever answers the phone.
Price per person UAH 3 900, stated before any payment step. UAH 4 600 to 6 200 once fuel and stay are added.
