Terms of Service
These terms govern booking and participation in weekend tours by phelosia.com (PE), EDRPOU 67157289, Business Center Horizon, 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Contact: info@phelosia.com, +380 678 057 2212. Under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, we provide full name, location, registration number, and contacts.
1. Booking and Payment
Weekend tours include accurate info on the tour operator (phelosia.com), tour program, price, and terms per the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 3174-IX of 10.12.2023. Booking is confirmed upon full payment unless stated otherwise. Prices cover specified services; extra costs are shown before booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel under conditions set at booking. Refunds are processed within 14 days. Cancellation and refund conditions for tours and overnight stays follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2022 and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 3174-IX of 10.12.2023.
3. Liability
phelosia.com is liable for proper performance of tour services. We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure, third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.
4. Personal Data and Cookies
Processing personal data, including via cookies, requires your consent unless another legal basis applies, per the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. We publish a privacy policy describing processing, purposes, and your rights. Cookies that collect personal data require informed consent; you can opt in via our cookie banner and withdraw consent at any time.
5. Dispute Resolution
Consumers are informed of their rights and dispute resolution procedures, including the possibility to apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2022.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
